The brief

Mto Safi Trust is a fictional NGO working with farmer groups to protect a river catchment in central Kenya. Its imagined current site is a slow theme with a slider, a news page last updated two years ago, and annual reports buried as unlabelled PDF links.

It has two audiences who need different things. Donors and partners want evidence: what the Trust does, what changed, where the money goes. Farmer groups and county officers want practical information: training dates, contacts and forms, usually on a phone with patchy data.

The approach

Two front doors. The home page leads with one clear sentence about the Trust’s work and a single result, then splits into two paths: “Partner with us” and “For farmer groups”. Each path has its own short navigation.

Evidence, not adjectives. Programme pages follow one structure: the problem, what the Trust does, what changed (with sources), and who to contact. The reports library is searchable and every report has a one-page web summary.

Built for low data. The farmer pages are designed to load in under 100 KB, with text-first layouts, and a WhatsApp link on every page.

What it shows

This concept shows the Organisation website package: around 15 pages, a news section, a downloads library and two audiences served without either being an afterthought. The photograph is a licensed stock image; the organisation and its content are fictional.
