What you get
Websites don’t usually break dramatically. They decay: a form stops sending, the news page hasn’t changed since last year, the team page still shows people who left. Care plans stop that from happening.
- Hosting and security. We manage the hosting account, SSL certificate, daily backups, updates and uptime monitoring, and fix problems before you notice them.
- Time for changes. Each plan includes hours every month for edits, new pages, design jobs or anything else that keeps things current.
- Content. Care + Content includes two articles a month, researched and written in your voice and published after your approval, plus social media graphics from your templates.
- A monthly report. Visitors, enquiries, what changed and what we’d suggest next, in plain language on one page.
The terms
Plans run month to month after a three-month minimum, with 30 days’ notice to stop. Unused hours don’t roll over, and you can move between plans at the start of any month. Pay a year upfront and get 10% off.

Questions about Nyoni Care
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours reset each month so the time is reserved for you without building up a backlog. If you regularly need more, moving up a plan is cheaper than paying the day rate.
Can we have a Care plan for a website you didn’t build?
Sometimes. We review it first. If it’s built on a standard platform and in reasonable shape, yes. If it would take significant work to make secure, we’ll quote for that first.
